Booking Conditions and Policies

Description of Hotel, Apartment, Sightseeing, Transfers: The detailed description of respective Hotel/Apartment, Sightseeing and Transfer in certain cases are received from third party sources and may not reflect all the amenities or services that might be available. In case if you are looking for any specific information you can contact Affiliate Travel operations team to get the desired information.

Standard Check-In and Check-Out policies: The usual check-in time is 14:00 hours. Rooms may not be available for early check-ins, unless specifically required in advance which are again subject to availability. However, luggage may be deposited at the hotel reception and collected once the room is allotted. Note that reservations may be cancelled automatically after 18:00 hours if hotels are not informed about the approximate time of late arrivals. The usual Official checkout time is at 12:00 hours. Any late checkout may involve additional charges. Please check with the hotel reception in advance.

Star Ratings & Room Amenities: Star ratings are provided for your information received from our suppliers, including the Hotels. We do not independently verify star ratings. For more detailed information, please check the detailed description on the Site. Star ratings may vary on the basis of location, local market conditions, practices or other circumstances. Star ratings do not necessarily reflect all the amenities or services that might be available at an Accommodation, and some amenities and features may not be available in every room or at every property with a particular star rating. If there are particular amenities or features that are important to you, please contact our operations team and inquire as to the availability of such amenities or features. In some hotels because of Renovation certain facilities might not be available for a particular period or on permanent basis. You are requested to cross check with Affiliate Travel operation team if such facilities are primary requirement of the guests as we have no direct control on such temporary or permanent suspensions with any particular hotel.

Incidental Charges or Security Deposit: Many hotels request that you leave a deposit, either in cash or with a credit card, to cover incidental charges to your room. The policy ensures that if a customer leaves without paying for room service, phone calls, pay-per-view movies or mini-bar items, the hotel will be covered, at least in part. The amount will be returned to the customer upon check-out if passengers/ customers did not incur any extra charges during their stay.

Nationality and Residency issue: In case of wrong residency or nationality selected by user while processing the booking may result in to additional supplement charges applicable to honor the booking. Such extra charges needs to be paid to us additionally by the user or to be paid directly to the hotel by guest on check in/check out. We shall not be able to honor the bookings overall or at original rates if wrong nationality has been selected. Passenger travelling to destination where guest is holding a local residency; Booking should be searched with Country of Residence as Nationality in order to avail the valid rates. (i.e. Indian National holding UAE Residence Permit should select Emirati as nationality for search).

Group booking policy:Our System is a FIT (Free Individual Traveler) Reservation system which allows maximum of 8 Rooms or 48 Passengers to be booked at one time. However any activity which has more than 3 rooms or 9 Passengers booked for the "same date of travel & same hotel of stay" combination is handled as per "group terms & conditions". In such cases we have rights to cancel any confirmed or vouchered reservation(s) without any prior intimation. You are requested to contact us at affiliate@affiliate.travel in case of group or reservation with more than 3 room requirement.

Early check out: Any Early Check Out (Shorten Stay) has to be well informed before or during the stay of Guest. We shall check with the service provider or the hotel and get back to the client with the refund (if any) as per the service provider/ Hotel’s final discretion. If the Shorten stay notification is received after check out, refunds may take longer because some hotels can be slow to confirm the exact stay of the guest. If your refund is likely to take longer than 20 days to process, Affiliate Travel shall notify you via email upon receipt of your request.

Late Amendment/No Show: No Show and Late amendments may result in entire stay charges. In case of date change or reduction/Increase in number of nights or change in occupancy, Rates and Availability are subject to change. Affiliate Travel decision will be final in such scenarios.

Refund Policy: Each hotel/service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, as a result of which we adhere to the same. Also, applicable refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or in the form of credit note.

Refund Policy and process: The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled for refund (if applicable) and will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of payment gateway processing charges applicable if any. In certain cases this might take longer where the situation is beyond our direct control. If your refund is likely to take longer than 20 days to process, we shall notify you via email upon receipt of your request.

Relocation Disclaimer for Hotels, Sightseeing’s and Transfers: Reservations processed on Affiliate Travel are instantly confirmed as per allocations, however in situations wherein the reservation is not honored by hotel, then our customer support team will seek alternative accommodation at a convenient and similar property, for our mutual guests/Clients. In case of sightseeing’s or transfers where the services of sightseeing’s or transfers are not honoured by the service provider because of some unavoidable circumstances at their end our customer support team will try to offer an alternative service if available. The alternative services will be offered only in similar category and price range for our mutual guests/clients. In the event your Guests/clients is not convinced with the alternative offered, then Affiliate Travel can cancel the respective booking with Nil charges and process full refund ( if applicable) as per the original booking amount. In any circumstances the Liability of the booking is limited to the original booking value on which the booking was processed.

Dispute and final decision: In case of any dispute agent can reach to local office over the mail with relevant details or at feedback@affiliatetravel.com. Affiliate Travel will try to provide amicable solution to the travel partner at the earliest. Affiliate Travel Decision will be final in case of any Dispute.

Jurisdiction issue: Any agreement made between Affiliate Travel and Affiliate, in all respects, will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws UAE(United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.). All dispute or difference arising between the Parties as to the effect, validity or interpretation on the Agreement or as to their rights, duties or liabilities hereunder (Disputes) shall be resolved by mutual discussion. The Parties hereby agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE, for initiating any legal action for enforcing any terms and conditions of rights and obligations under the Agreement.
