Affiliate.Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to our website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.

The Affiliate expressly undertakes to provide Affiliate.Travel only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the Affiliate would vitiate the bookings and shall disentitle the Affiliate from availing the services from Affiliate.Travel.

Our System is a FIT (Free Individual Traveler) Reservation system which allows maximum of 8 Rooms or 48 Passengers to be booked at one time. However any activity which has more than 3 rooms or 9 Passengers booked for the "same date of travel & same hotel of stay" combination is handled as per "group terms & conditions". In such cases we have rights to cancel any confirmed or vouchered reservation(s) without any prior intimation. You are requested to contact us at affiliate@affiliate.travel in case of group or reservation with more than 3 room requirement.

In case, Affiliate.Travel are not able to honor the booking confirmed through online allotment received from the operator for some reason, then Affiliate Travel shall offer the full refund for the service or provide with an alternative or similar category alternative accommodation/sightseeing/transfer booked for the client instead.

The Affiliate unequivocally indemnifies Affiliate.Travel of any such claim or liability and shall not hold us responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Affiliate.Travel for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine Affiliates. This would also include Affiliate Travel from denying/cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.

If the Affiliate does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, then the Affiliate must not avail the services offered by Affiliate.Travel.

In order to insure the best service possible, it is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to make sure when booking a hotel to check that the hotel address in the hotel description page on the Affiliate.travel site is in the correct location that the Affiliate/Client requires and not rely solely on the area searched for. Affiliate.travel will not be held responsible in the event the booking agent fails to verify the correct location of desired hotel.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Affiliate.Travel website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE(United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.)

If you make a payment against product or services on Affiliate.Travel, then the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection(The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules).

Since the affiliate has made payment using online payment gateway for booking on system and if the affiliate will cancel the booking than affiliate will be liable to receive refund amount after deduction of applicable bank/debit/credit charges levied and borne by Affliate.travel. The funds will be credited in the same account/debit/credit card from which the transaction has originated.

Further While using the online Payment gateway to pay money online through Debit/Credit Cards. Affiliate is doing so with the consultation/approval of the card owner. Affiliate.Travel in any case will not be responsible for any Fraud claimed by the Card Owner.

In case where Affiliate issues his own vouchers, The Vouchers must clearly state the information exactly as provided in the voucher issued from Affiliate.Travel online system, otherwise Affiliate.Travel is not responsible for any inconvenience to the Affiliate’s client because of not following this.

Affiliate agrees that Affiliate.Travel reserves the right to refuse to provide customer fulfillment services to any customer or may refuse affilaite transaction for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
